- Payment terms are outlined in the service agreement and must be adhered to by the client.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or termination of services.
3. Project Changes:
- Any changes to the project scope must be communicated and approved by both parties in writing.
- Additional costs resulting from project changes will be agreed upon before implementation.
4. Intellectual Property:
- All intellectual property rights associated with designs, plans, and project documentation remain the property of Batamix Construction unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any project-related materials without prior consent.
5. Liability:
- Batamix Construction is not liable for any damages, losses, or delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, labor strikes, or regulatory changes.
- Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
6. Warranty:
- Batamix Construction warrants that our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill.
- Any defects in workmanship will be rectified promptly at no additional cost to the client.
7. Termination:
- Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement.
- Upon termination, the client is responsible for any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Institution].
